I detected my card is getting charged unnecessarily by your platform every month and I have opt out of this monthly subscription that I am not more interested since days, I still even have to close down my account on this email because I dont like the way I am getting automate charge but suprisely I was still charged yesterday even though have close my account.Can you please remove off my card or I write scam over your platform

I've been trying to reach this company for quite a while now, there is no customer service number. I never signed up for these services and they continue to charge my credit card each month. I have no idea how they got my information and I dont even know what these services are. This company is terrible and customer service is even worse. D

Taking all the mobs you can just enough to let it work but not 100percent like it was before I purchased windscribe stop taking all my megabytes.

Best VPN I ever used

I've used all the "big brand" VPNs that you see on Youtube. If only they invested their money into actual product instead of bs youtube commercials. I switched to Windscribe and couldnt be happier. They clearly spend their money on the service, not ads. Stuff just works, it blocks ads, and the price is fair.

Very childish company!!

DO NOT TRUST WINDSCRIBE! When I complained to the BBB, they were appalled & CANCELLED my PAID yearly service which I had six months left on. This company has a robust marketing campaign which includes "Best VPN" pages that appear to be impartial, but in fact seem to be suspect. They advertise "the best speeds," but I have never been able to get speeds of more that 5% of my best speed when not connected to their VPN. In other words: Connected to Windscribe - 15MBps; not connected 225MBps! They push their yearly plan, probably because they know monthly customers will quit after the first month. The customer service for this company is absolutely HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY! If I had a customer that was this dissatisfied, I would go to any length to find a solution, but the people at Windscribe behave like spoiled children with incredibly fragile egos.
